Shopify provides our commerce platform, and Gelato provides production and fulfillment services for connected products. Using the store

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. You must be legally able to make your purchase or have authorization from a parent or guardian where required. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, or interference with the website or its security.

Products and orders

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, variants, quantity, and any personalization before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed product. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The currency, product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes collected at checkout, and order total are displayed before you submit payment. You authorize the payment shown when you place your order. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order. Prices and availability may change between visits.

Production, shipping, and cancellations

Our products are made to order, and production may start automatically after payment. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins, except where required by law. Returns and remedies

Our published Return and Refund Policy applies to return requests, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds. Please contact us before sending a return. These terms do not reduce any rights, warranties, or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Artwork and customer submissions

Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in its artwork. If you submit personalization or artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it and allow us and our fulfillment providers to use it solely as needed to produce and deliver your order and resolve related service issues.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment, production, and delivery may involve Shopify, payment providers, Gelato, and carriers as needed to fulfill your purchase. A third-party link does not imply that we control that third party's website or policies.

Problems and changes to these terms

Contact theequaluniverse@gmail.com with order concerns so we can work to resolve them. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change the terms of an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes liability or removes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
