Made-to-order fulfillment

Our products are made to order. After successful payment, eligible orders are automatically submitted to our production partner, Gelato. Production begins before shipment; automatic submission does not mean same-day dispatch or delivery.

Delivery destinations and shipping charges

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Available shipping services and charges depend on the products and delivery address. Review your shipping charges and total before paying. If your address is not supported at checkout, contact theequaluniverse@gmail.com before ordering.

Production and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates, where provided, include production and transit time. Timing varies by product, destination, and shipping method. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions and other delays can affect delivery. If an order is significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Multiple packages and tracking

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Shipment updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your delivery address and product selections before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction or cancellation is needed. Because production may begin automatically, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing has begun. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation rights.

Delivery problems and damaged items

For missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed items, email theequaluniverse@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs of damage or printing issues where possible. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the production partner or carrier. Do not send items to Gelato or a production facility without instructions from us.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy governs return requests and refunds. Contact us before returning any item to obtain instructions and the correct return destination.
